Announcing the Valentine’s Day Contest Honorable Mentions!

The marketing staff at EpicCosplay took time off from uploading all of your wonderful entries to our blog so that we could judge all the entries and get you the results as soon as possible! We know how much it stinks to wait for something that you really want and we wanted to minimize the wait. There were so many of you that entered and we were so happy that you guys took part in the contests! It was really exciting to see such an amazing turn out and it was extremely hard to pick our favorites since you guys sent in so many epic entries! After much deliberating and judging between the members of the marketing team we have come up with our top three in each contest. Since there were so many spectacular entries we chose to award some honorable mentions as well. We have decided to award the honorable mentions with $10 gift certificates to split between the partners. Without further ado here are, in no particular order, our honorable mentions!

Crimson and Angelus are receiving an honorable mention for the sheer epicness of their armorwork. These images really left an impact and amazed all the judges! You can check out their submission to our contest here.

Darrin and Anissa are receiving an honorable mention for the wonderful, in character posing and location of their image! Their entry really brought back a lot of great memories for the judges of The Fairly Oddparents show! You can see their entry into our contest here.

Grant and Angelina sent in a wonderful and adorable story to their submission that touched all of the judges, which is why they are receiving an honorable mention award. You can see their entry into our contest here.

Janzen and Christine are being awarded an honorable mention for the clever use of photoshopping their image to include the frame of the Persona 3 video game! All four of the judges found this entry to be delightful! You can see their submission to our contest here.

Lex and Steph are receiving an honorable mention for the beautyof their submitted entry. All of the judges positively adored this entry! You can check their submission to our contest here.

Roserevolution and Agent Bishie are receiving an honorable mention for wig styling! We can’t imagine how hard it was to style one of our wigs into Jessie’s signature hairstyle!  You can check out their entry into our contest here.

Sarah and Alan’s masks were absolutely spectacular! The craftsmanship on those huge things plus the hilarity of the image motivated the judges to give them an honorable mention. You can check out their entry into our contest here.

Katy and Mark had such a perfect and adorable submission as Snow White and Prince Charming! We couldn’t help but give them an honorable mention for the beautiful shots they sent in and their entry! You can check out their entry to our contest here.

Vivian and Kimone had an absolutely spectacular entry that we thought deserved an honorable mention as well. The beauty of the background in contrast to wonderfully executed cosplays was amazing. You can check out their submission to our contest here.

Bill and Britt had such a cute entry with extremely well executed cosplays! This entry was also a judge’s favorite and we felt it was worthy of an honorable mention as well! You can check out their submission to our contest here.
