Valentine’s Couples Contest Entry: Jake and Maru as Izaya and Shizuo (Durarara!)

Jake and Maru entered our Valentine’s Couples Contest as Izaya Orihara and Shizuo Heiwajima from the series Durarara! While neither of these cosplayers used our wigs we have some great recommendations for styles in case you are looking to cosplay as either of these characters! Maru: I love DRRR and specially love Shizuo’s personality

Jake: I did it only to match Maru’s cosplay
What got you into cosplay?

Maru: My love for fictional characters

Jake: fun (f is for friends who do stuff together, u is for you and me, n is for anywhere and anytime at all)

Why do you love cosplay?

Maru: I love doing stuff with my own hands, and I love dressing up as a character I love. And bring 2D stuff to life is something really amazing!
