The bun is also great for a casual everyday look and it makes a great updo for special occasions. The bun is 3 inches in diameter and 2 inches in height. The bun has paper stuffing to keep its shape and has a little in-built comb on the very inside of the bun to help with the attachment.
To wear this hair bun piece, you can simply pull your wig or your own hair into a bun and cover with the dome shaped hair bun piece. Some people also like to create a “stub” on their wig so they can easily apply the bun right over it. You can then tighten the drawstring to create a classic swirled bun. For maximum holding power, you can use the in-built comb and add a bobby pin. To create a high bun or a low bun, simply pull the ponytail higher and lower to adjust the position of the hair bun piece. You can also use our pre-styled ponytail wig or pigtail wig to complete the hair bun piece look.
You can also directly pin or sew the hair bun piece to a short or long wig without pulling the hair to a ponytail; this would work for characters such as Konan in Naruto and Sailor Pluto from Sailor Moon. Just be sure to use hair spray on your bun hair piece to keep the fiber in place!
