Our Cobalt Blue wigs are solid, medium toned blue. Cobalt Blue has a purple undertone, making it a cooler toned blue than our more green toned blues. Under natural light, the purple tone comes through nicely while not overshadowing the blue itself. Indoor fluorescent lighting has yellow tone and will show more of the blue tone (as seen here).
Direct lighting, like from a white flash, will increase the intensity of the blue. If using a yellow flash or filtered flash there is a possibility of color variation. Studio lighting will have the same effect as natural lighting if the studio lighting is white. All our Cobalt Blue wigs are shot under studio lighting.
