Our Dark Plum Purple wigs are solid, deep purple. Dark Plum Purple has a warm undertone, making it more red than our cooler Royal Purple Wigs. Under natural light, the warm undertone comes through nicely while not overshadowing the purple. Indoor fluorescent lighting has yellow tone and darkens the purple and red tones (as seen here).
Direct lighting, like from a white flash, will increase the intensity of the purple. If using a yellow flash or filtered flash there is a possibility of color variation. Studio lighting will have the same effect as natural lighting if the studio lighting is white. All our Dark Plum Purple wigs are shot under studio lighting.
